ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JANUARY 5, 2006

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson and Mark

                  Mazur

1.  The Board approved as amended a submission for the 2005 Town Report.

2.  The Board reviewed calculations for the supplemental tax on new construction.

3.  The Board reviewed and approved as amended a bill format, informational handout

     and letter for use for the supplemental tax on new construction.   

4.  The Board reviewed and approved, as amended, FY2007 budget material to be

     submitted to the Finance Committee.

5.  The Board took the following actions on FY2006 abatement applications for owners

     of the following properties:
